Best Support Request Template

  • What you were trying to do (command, page, or endpoint).
  • Exact error text or failing behavior.
  • Timestamp and environment (local/staging/production).
  • Relevant request id, submission id, order id, or entitlement id.
  • Redacted config snippets and recent logs.

When to Escalate Immediately

  • Payment confirmation mismatch or repeated webhook failures.
  • Security concerns: suspicious auth attempts, signature failures, data exposure risk.
  • Delivery/install failures impacting paid customer access.
  • Production deploy target mismatch or migration failure.
