- Timestamp and environment (local/staging/production).
- Relevant request id, submission id, order id, or entitlement id.
- Redacted config snippets and recent logs.
When to Escalate Immediately
- Payment confirmation mismatch or repeated webhook failures.
- Security concerns: suspicious auth attempts, signature failures, data exposure risk.
- Delivery/install failures impacting paid customer access.
- Production deploy target mismatch or migration failure.
