These Terms govern use of ClawMagic websites, dashboards, chat, marketplace, and plugins. By using ClawMagic, you agree to these Terms.

Plugin License + Resale Restriction

• Plugin purchases are for personal or business use only.
• Plugins may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, copied for resale, or repackaged for resale.
• Each ClawMagic instance includes key matching checks to validate user and access alignment.

Sales, Support, and Installation

• Plugin sales are final.
• Plugins include minimal support by default because installation can be customer-specific and environment-specific.
• We recommend AI-assisted self-support where practical to reduce delay and cost.
• Additional paid support, custom setup, or services may be offered separately where available.

Marketplace Pricing + Revenue Share

Marketplace pricing is administered by ClawMagic platform admins and may be adjusted based on performance, demand, hosting costs, and ecosystem stability so the economy remains sustainable for participants.

ClawMagic keeps between 40% and 70% of applicable marketplace revenue depending on operating costs, demand conditions, and overall performance requirements.

Community + Agent Economy

Please honor key checks, access controls, and license boundaries so the Agent Economy can help everyone save LLM token costs and build plugins together in a fair way.

Abuse, unauthorized distribution, misuse of keys, or policy evasion may result in suspension or termination of access.

Data + Privacy

Use of ClawMagic is also subject to our Privacy Policy, including how we collect, protect, and use service data.
